ABOUT ME

I’m a professional filmmaker based in Toronto, Canada. My experience lies in documenting expedition and adventure related projects where people are found exploring their personal boundaries. I own and operate a production company called Morro Creative, and can often be found working as a producer, director (cinematographer, editor) on documentary, expedition and commercial projects.

Twenty Years of Experience

I started my career as a television editor with a long foray into motion graphics, animation and photography. Refusing to settle on just one creative discipline, I’ve honed a wide variety of storytelling techniques that I bring to my own projects as well as that of my clients.

Award Winning

My editing work has been Gemini/CSA nominated, my directing won the Best Documentary Pilot Award at the Banff World Media Festival, and my motion graphics work has been honoured at SxSW and won numerous Broadcast Design awards, an Applied Arts award and a Prix Gémeaux. The short film “Nests of Gold”, that I produced, won at festivals worldwide and was selected as a Vimeo Staff Pick.
