Call it a vacation of sorts? 7 friends and I entered the 2011/12 Banjul Challenge, a charity car rally that has entrants driving used $500 cars 7000 kms from London, England, across the Sahara Desert to Banjul, Gambia in Africa. I shot the entire trip and I’m currently in the process of cutting a documentary that tells the tales of our misadventure.
UPDATE: Discovery Channel’s Daily Planet bought our Car Rally story and aired a piece on March 5th, 2012 from the footage.
